Our internal trace investigations team is locating former absconding tenants every day for commercial and residential landlords, using both the very latest in intelligence gathering products and a team of UK investigators. Trace services are undertaken on the dbs pledge, No Trace – No Fee.

All positive trace reports are supplied with independent verification sources, and are subsequently produced in easy-to-read reports. Turn-around times are determined by the client’s needs, however fast track trace investigations are available upon request.

In the unlikely event we cannot trace the subject, we will not charge the client.

All trace reports provide information that does not include any information disclosed in breach of the Data Protection Act 1984 (as amended) or obtained by any improper or unlawful means.
